Properly reviewing an AI generated article demands significantly more mental energy than editing a rough draft from a human being. The reviewer must audit every single line for hidden errors that look entirely plausible on the surface.
Handing this burden to a colleague unintentionally disrespects actual human knowledge. The creator gets the thrill of generating the content while the expert absorbs the grueling intellectual labor of making sure it is actually true.
Holding Ourselves Accountable
